Welcome to "First in Line"! The very first home past the rocks out on beautiful Cape San Blas, Florida. This home boasts amazing views of the Lagoon/Bay and the Gulf of Mexico!
Brand New to the Rental market as of January 2022. Please see all of our other homes and their many 5 star reviews! This Modern built home that was just recently upgraded and refurbished to provide a more luxury, modern, and relaxing experience for families for years to come. This home is conveniently located as the 1st house as you come out onto the Cape past the rocks. This home provides Quicker access to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, compared to other homes located further down the cape. Bicycle path is located directly across from the driveway, and Boat ramp is located down and just across the way for launching kayaks, stand up paddleboards, or a boat or jet ski!

Guest Room 2 (Level 2) - 2 Queen Beds, Single Chair w/ table, Full bathroom, Flat screen T.V, Loft overlook. (Gulf and Beach View)
Living Room: Sofa with Full Sleeper Sofa, Love Seat, and Single Chair. Vaulted Ceilings, Large Flat Screen T.V., and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay!
Kitchen: Quad Door Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Stainless steel 2 Zone oven and multi electric stovetop, Dishwasher, and Coffee Bar equipped with both Keurig and Traditional Coffee maker.
Dining: Kitchen Bar Top seats 4, Dining Table seats 4, and additional tables on rear beachside deck.
Laundry: Stackable Washer and Dryer located just off kitchen on Level 1.

Summary: The location of this beach house is perfection. Communication with the property manager was less than perfect - very slow responses. The freezer has no ice maker and the listing clearly states that you can park more cars/boats than you should unless you have a four wheel drive to get out of the sand. The inside of the house is nothing special or homey. The blinds have sections that are missing so privacy was a small issue. The area was beautiful and worth visiting. We stayed mostly at Port St, Joe shopping and eating. Mexico Beach and Apalachicola is not far away to visit. We will definitely be back to the area-just in a different beach house. Cape San Blas is a beautiful place
