Positive: Impeccable views, quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, bed was comfortable, bath lovely.
Negative: If I had done more research and known there was no air conditioning, I wouldn’t have stayed here! It was far too hot and to pay such big money to walk into a room with 2 cheap fans going was a huge disappointment, we had to keep opening the windows so that the fans would actually be useful! Another thing was the elevator , banging up and down all night/morning- not what you want on holidays! We were greeted with a display of fruit which we didn’t touch as the fruit had blue mould all over it, even when the cleaner would come in we would face the blue mould around so they could see it but when we’d come back, it was just turned around again. Cleaning was not great - cleaners didn’t throw out any rubbish etc literally just made the bed every day and that was it. The stocked “mini bar” in the room had 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of coke and didn’t get restocked. That was it. The WiFi also stopped working so we had to connect the tv to our phones on the last 3 days and I tried texting and nobody got back to me. Overall a waste of money the pictures look great and it is a lovely area however to pay such huge money for a room in 30 degrees and have 2 cheap fans, a fridge with 4 drinks, not cleaned properly, a banging elevator going all night, and no WiFi is not good enough. Sort these out, or halve the price of the property and it would be more realistic.
