Positive: Location, and facilities great. Loved the balcony space aswell.
Negative: We were asked what time our arrival was, which was 1pm, they said they could not accomdate for this time, but then said we could not store our luggage. Even though the booking says luggage storage. We accepted we could not book until 3pm, but then When we went to go to apartment at 10 past 3, the cleaner was still there, and we had to wait another 20 minutes before we could access property. I think it needs to be made very clear on the booking that no luggage storage is available if you arrive earlier and that the venue is unable to cater for early arrival, just so future bookings do not be left a bit disappointed like us. The cleaner though was so lovely and apologetic. I just think as a business if you say 3pm check in, it's should be ready by 3pm and not bother asking your guests their arrival time, If it does not matter on what time you arrive due to the accomdation not being ready until 3pm regardless. An extra pillow would be nice. One pillow per person is just not enough and they were quite thin.
