Rebuilt beauty sleeps 6, linen not included. Sugarloaf Cottage catered for tourists before the Black Saturday fires and now after lovingly being rebuilt by its owners will attract many visitors once again.
* This home is not suitable to children under 12 year's * it is a perfect adults retreat and with three bedrooms would easily suit a small group *
The Master features a comfortable queen-size bed, stylish furnishings and a large ensuite with enticing walk in shower. The other bedrooms also have quality furniture and bedding with one containing a queen-size bed and the other twin singles. The main bathroom has an inviting deep spa bath and separate shower. The bedrooms have extra blankets and pillows but guests are required to provide their own linen in the form of sheets, pillowcases and towels. The lounge room is very spacious, can easily accommodate 6 people and keeps the home super warm with not only a split system for heating and cooling but also a wonderful feature wood fire. This area also opens out to an undercover decking area with very comfortable outdoor setting and takes in the magnificent views of Mt Sugarloaf.
Leading off the lounge is a delightful dining room with a stunning timber dining table and superb plush dining chairs. The kitchen is not only large and bright but oozes quality with all of the mod cons at your fingertips. Large upright fridge, cook top, convection oven, microwave oven and dishwasher to name a few. Once again exceptional views are caught from here which are only enhanced thanks to an amazing deep set bay window over the kitchen sink area.
There is also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. A carport for one car and ample parking on the property for more. This cottage has had no expense spared from the craftsmanship of the building to the sheer quality of the furnishings throughout.
