The two-level home features two separate lockouts, a private pool, brightly lit living spaces, and comfortable sleeping accommodations. It has six bedrooms and six baths. The home can host up to 20 guests, making it great for a large vacation party.
The first-floor lockout boasts a large great room with honey-toned flooring that extends through the living room, dining room, and kitchen. In the living room, you will find a tan wraparound couch and an armchair, which face an elegant armoire that houses a TV. A seafoam loveseat in the corner provides a cozy reading setting. The adjacent dining area features a hardwood table and six chairs seated beside a wall of windows. On the other side of the room, a circular table offers another spot for casual dining. A large, chef’s kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, spacious cabinets, and a breakfast bar with stool seating. From the great room, guests can access a furnished balcony that overlooks the open-air courtyard with a private pool and sundeck.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master suite has a king-size bed, neutral-toned furnishings, a sunny window, and a luxury bath with a deep soaking tub and glass-walled shower. One guest bedroom includes another king-size bed, a handsome armoire, and an en-suite bath. The other bedroom has two queen-size beds and access to a shared hall bath. An additional twin bunk nook is located off the main living area.
The second-floor lockout has the same open floorplan as the first. The living room’s seating ensemble consists of a couch, loveseat, and wicker chair. The arrangement surrounds a white drink table and faces a complementary credenza and wall-mounted TV. A loveseat with a starfish accent pillow sits in the corner. The main dining area features a hardwood table with six chairs and bench seating, while a second casual dining setup is made up of a glass-topped table and two chairs. The kitchen radiates a casual beach elegance with custom white cabinetry, tiled counters, appliances, and matching saddle bar stools. A breezy balcony off the great room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the coastal air.
Three more bedrooms are located on the second level. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, straw-woven armoire, TV, and a private bath with dual vanities, a raised tub, and separate shower. Both guest bedrooms feature cottage style furnishings—one with a king-size bed, while the other has two queen-size beds. A bunk nook off the main living area is awesome for the kids.
Not only does this beautiful home offer incredible living and sleeping accommodations, it is also conveniently located in the heart of Scenic Highway 30A. The beach is a few minutes away. Popular restaurants like The Perfect Pig and Mi Casita Mexican Grill are within walking distance. Other nearby attractions include The Hub 30A, Western Lake, and Eastern Lake, as well as restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, art galleries, and seasonal events in the nearby 30A beach towns.
