Recently upgraded with luxury finishes and a fully stocked kitchen, Sugar Shack has all the comforts a group of 8 could need. Walking into the main living space, our guests are met with 20-foot ceilings and an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Step outside and enjoy the sunset on our expansive patio with enough lounge furniture for the entire group.

Beach Rules:
• Private chairs are not permitted from March to October. Guests must rent additional chairs from the beach chair vendor on site (Spyglass). Additional chair setups (2 Chairs + 1 Umbrella) are $35/Day.
• The beach access is for Sugar Dunes renters and owners only. No visiting guests are permitted to use the private beach.

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
