Sugar Sands Retreat is a charming unit, on the soft sands of Madeira Beach. This unit is located on the 1st floor and has all the conveniences of home. There is plenty of room for a family to enjoy a fun beach vacation. Come prepare your meals in the full kitchen. Kids can dine at the breakfast bar while the adults eat at the table. The living room has comfy seating and a flat screen TV great for watching movies. Mosey outside from the living room to hang-out by the heated pool. If you prefer the beach, go beyond the private access gate onto the soft sands of Madeira Beach. 2 bedrooms with king size beds makes it easy to give everyone their own space. Each of these rooms has its own flat screen TV. The master bedroom has access to the deck/pool area. There is a full bath with walk in shower. This is the perfect place if you have dreamed of staying somewhere that you can walk onto the sandy beach from your door. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig coffee maker in this unit. Madeira Beach is a fun beach town with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and activities for the whole family. There are three connected units located at Sugar Sands 'Triplex' '15408 Gulf Blvd., Madeira Beach, FL 33708'. Sugar Sands Oasis is the largest and takes up the entire top floor with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sugar Sands Retreat has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is ground level Sugar Sands Hideaway is the smallest with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and is ground level. All units have access to the amenities and are beachfront. If one unit is booked during your desired dates, try one of the others. Sugar Sands Retreat is one of 3 units in a connected building setting 'triplex'. All 3 connected units use the same parking area; however, units do have assigned parking spaces. In addition, all 3 connected units share the pool area, amenities and beach access. HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants. Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay. No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit No Pets. No Parties. No Trailers.
