Positive: Detailed instruction manual to operate the household lights and electronics. The bocce court and sitting area outside was nice. Close to hiking trails.
Negative: This property was a disappointment. The kitchen was limited missing several basic items for cooking and eating; for example no can opener, two small cutting boards, and only three coffee cups. The refrigerator was unable to keep things cold and the ice maker didn't work. Several lightbulbs were out. The fire pit didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable and the blinds in the main bedroom were either broken or missing. There were only two fans.
Summary: Very disappointing. House is not well maintained.
