Positive: Our stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of, with every detail handled professionally and with a personal touch. The facilities were excellent, offering something for everyone. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the direct access to the beach made it even more special. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with bathrooms that were simply amazing. The food was another highlight – varied, fresh, and delicious, with a new specialty each day that kept meals exciting. Even our children, who can sometimes be fussy eaters, were delighted – not a single complaint from them! Overall, it was a truly memorable experience for our family, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. A special mention goes to Scyam, whose outstanding hospitality and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed – thank you for making our holiday extra special.
