Directly on the beach and on the edge of town, staying here will allow you to spend your days doing whatever you enjoy such as swimming, shopping, checking out local eateries or just relaxing.
This delightful 2- bedroom condo can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 guests within the 808 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, making it an optimal size and layout for small families. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full-size bed in the guest room along with a full sleeper sofa in the living area, all of which will ensure a restful night's slumber before each exciting new beach day in Orange Beach.
Enjoy coffee in the morning with a duo coffee maker! Prepare a freshly cooked meal in the well stocked kitchen showcasing granite counter tops. There is also a counter high bar with 3 barstools and a table for 4 to enjoy your take-out or a home cooked meal. During downtime, watch your favorite shows on one of TV's or connect with your friends' back home via free Wi-Fi. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This condo provides you with all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay at the beach!
Sugar Beach condominium is directly on the beach and very family oriented. The complex features 4 pools with 2 of them being beach front, one in the courtyard plus a kiddie pool. One of the pools is heated for the cooler months. On the courtyard level, you can purchase food, drinks, ice cream and more from the Sugar Shack. Other amenities at Sugar Beach include a tennis court, shuffleboard, gazebos, BBQ grilling area and picnic tables!
Across the street you can purchase seafood from Steamed Shrimp & Crabs to GO and you will also find the entrance to the 12-mile paved bike trail through the wetlands of Orange Beach. You may also rent bikes at the entrance!

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the guard shack and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
