Enjoy this Orange Beach efficiency condo that will sleep 4. There is a small kitchen. What a great way to have fun staying in this cozy condo on the beach. This is an efficiency unit with everything you need to have a great vacation. The living area has a queen size bed, sofa sleeper, small dinette set and a couple of bar stools for your comfort while you are enjoying a meal or watching TV. There is 1 TV in this unit. This unit offers a side view of the gulf from the balcony. Washer/Dryer in unit. This complex is one of the most popular in Orange Beach. It has 3 pools ( one is heated) kiddie pool, tennis court, BBQ area, covered parking. Location is great. Close to dining, shopping, water parks, golfing, mini/golf and much more. So bring yourself down to the beautiful beaches and stay here and make lots of good memories at this nice efficiency condo. NO PETS! Non-smoking. Limited Gulf View. This property allows one vehicle per reservation.
We do not accept one month winter rentals until mid- August early September. Monthly reservations made online will not be confirmed until a reservationist reviews the booking details and verifies that the pricing is correct. If there is an error you will be contacted! Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival. Several of our rental properties do have a nightly minimum requirement. If the calendar shows a property is available but you are unable to book online, please feel free to contact us!
Free Amenities package included with stay: Amenities include: One complimentary adult admission to Waterville U.S.A Water Park, Dolphin Cruise, and Deep Sea Fishing, good for all days of your stay, excluding date of departure. Summary: Very poorly maintained unit (138). The first night there we decided to make frozen pizzas since we had been on the road the previous 2 days. Also decided to do a load of laundry. Here is where it all went down hill. The vent-a-hood vented into the inside of the unit, the dryer vented into the inside of the unit, on top of the air conditioner not blowing above a very low speed. At this time it was after 9pm, so there wasnt much anybody could do, so we did not contact the owner. The next morning I received a message from the owner asking if everything was ok. At this time I let them know about the a/c, and the next day was a hoilday. So again, nothing could be done until after the holiday. I at that time took matters in my own hands because the owner didn’t even offer a fan, I purchased a portable unit to keep us from having heart strokes. The heat index was over 100°. I do have pictures of the issues mentioned.
