This is a castle with the coach house, all on a large estate with 34 ha of woods, grassland and farmland.
At the back, you overlook the large private swimming pool and the very spacious garden, giving you complete privacy.
The property has been beautifully renovated, but retaining authentic elements, such as high ceilings and beautiful wooden floors
The castle is located in the Lot et Garonne region and is part of the Gascony region. It is very varied countryside where there is something for everyone: beautiful walking and cycling routes, medieval villages and the pine forests of Les Landes.
The building itself consists of 3 floors, with high ceilings, beautiful wooden floors and very spacious rooms decorated with great taste. The coach house consists of 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 on the 1st floor and the 3rd on the ground floor. The owner has preserved as many authentic elements as possible, which gives a huge atmosphere.

A large driveway takes you to the large courtyard at the rear where you have complete privacy
