The main floor is home to an open dining room, living room, and kitchen. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! We’d recommend dining at the amazing neighborhood restaurants. The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to binge-watch all your favorites with your streaming subscriptions. Or better yet, balcony one is just off the main living space and we promise you’ll be fighting over the chairs out there (maybe not, but they are worth fighting for).
On the upper floor you’ll find two bedrooms and the laundry (we don’t like doing laundry on vacation either, but it’s here if you need it). Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed. Bedroom two features a queen-size bed, a workspace (just in case this is a work vacation), and a private balcony--you may not want to share it with the other house guests, but we’ll leave that up to you. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms.
We've partnered with L2 Outside to provide you with the rental of 2 watercraft. They offer the use of stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and tandem kayaks. Rentals are for 1-2 hours down the Tennessee River. Rentals are weather and water conditions permitting.
