Summary: Great house and location (love to see old neighborhoods being restored). I was a little worried about the neighborhood, but it appears that it is slowly being revitalized. We felt safe and secure. The property owner showed up the day we arrived because they heard we were running low on garbage bags. I highly recommend this property for the proximity to the downtown and midtown location.
