Negative: The property itself was very nice. It is as described in the listing. However, the property is located on a busy road in the heart of downtown San Marcos which is a college town so on a Friday or Saturday night, the noise level is quite high. There is loud music, and college kids that can be heard late into the night. The parking situation is touch and go. There is not a dedicated spot so anyone can park anywhere.
Summary: Nice place but can be noisy in the evenings due to college crowd.
