Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Experience PNW's nature at nearby Seattle's famous Discovery Park and Ballard Locks. Enjoy the woods view, dedicated workspace and private bath while still having convenient access to Downtown. An ideal base to explore Seattle.
The private bedroom and separate bath are on the ground floor of a new, modern townhouse built in 2017. We have installed a keypad entry system, providing flexible and easy access. The house is 10-min walk from Discovery Park to the east and the Ballard Locks to the west. There is a bus route that takes you straight to Downtown in 20 minutes. We (owners) and 2 cats primarily stay on the third floor. Kitchen amenities and covered porch are on the second floor. There is free street parking ONLY.
We ask that you look at all photos and read the description throughly before booking so you have the right expectation. Guests will be requested to acknowledge our house rules upon booking.

Summary: I loved the private room and enjoyed the cats that would greet us time to time. I don’t feel at home often this felt homey to us. I was in town for a job. Not far from downtown Seattle. Honestly preferred being in this cute neighborhood over being in the city. Definitely would recommend.
