The home was built in 2012 and updated in 2016 with fresh paint, new furniture, towels, bedding and everything you'll need to have a comfortable fresh place to enjoy. This home is meticulously maintained to feel almost new. Our home is a twin home it's called a "duet" which means it has one common wall with the house next door. If you value clean and fresh we think you'll be comfortable here.
Our home is located in CantaMia at Estrella in the City of Goodyear, AZ, is a newer vacation rental and shows fresh and clean with a modern, comfortable feel. The home is 1203 square feet and is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, small luxury home.
All floors are ceramic tile and plantation shutters are installed on all windows.
Granite kitchen countertops, Whirlpool appliances with the exception of a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and espresso cabinets add to the striking modern look of this small gem.
Enjoy casual dining on adjustable height swivel stools at the granite countertops or be seated at the contemporary glass/chrome dining set in the dining room. The outdoor courtyard in the front of the home includes a 3 piece bistro set and offers another great place for coffee and more.
The living room is nicely decorated and has a comfortable sofa/ottoman and chair/ ottoman. It includes a 50" HD flat screen TV.
For the tech savvy a Bluetooth speaker in the dining room can play your music.
A large sliding glass door exits the living room to reveal your outdoor living area. It features a large area of pavers that encapsulates two thirds of the back yard and a pergola for shade with a retractable sunscreen wall for more shade/privacy. A beautifully designed and comfortable patio set and chaise lounge give you a great place to relax and enjoy. The backyard includes a gas grill and is attractively landscaped.
The master bedroom suite includes a HD television, bay window, double sinks, large shower with a seat and a walk-in closet for ample storage. A king size espresso color bedroom set with a gel-infused memory foam mattress complete the master suite, you’ll love it!
The second bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the full bath.
The home has an attached double garage with opener that will accommodate two average sized vehicles. When you enter the home from the garage you will be in the laundry room which includes a new in 2022 Samsung Washer and dryer for your convenience.
Our community of CantaMia is a 55+ resort style active adult community which means one guest must be at least 55 years old, children under the age of 19 are not allowed to be tenants but may visit for a short time. Our home and property are smoke free which means no smoking inside or outside on the property. Pets are not allowed.
CantaMia is a beautiful community that includes many amenities that are free for you to use/enjoy with your stay. These include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, billiards, ping pong, pickle ball, tennis and more. There are classes and activities that may include fees such as cooking classes, pottery, dance and others that will vary by the time of year. In addition CantaMia is located in Estrella which can sound a bit confusing but it is more or less a community within a community. This offers other opportunities. At the lakes near the Starpoint Center in the heart of Estrella you can use Sailboats, paddleboats, canoes or kayaks (Friday through Sunday) and enjoy time on the water and best of all its included by staying in your CantaMia home.
The Nickolas designed 18-hole championship golf course, Golf Club of Estella is available for CantaMia residents, that's you, at a reduced rate.
