Summary: Our recent stay at this VRBO property was far from what we expected. Unfortunately, the experience was riddled with issues that made it difficult to enjoy our time there.Firstly, the VRBO app failed to sync with our reservation, which caused significant problems in accessing the necessary information about the property. Upon arrival, the gate code provided did not work, adding further frustration to an already rocky start.The property itself is located in a questionable area. The hallways near our door were cluttered with broken toys, which gave an impression of neglect and poor upkeep. The gym, which was a significant factor in our choice of accommodation, had minimal and poorly maintained equipment, making it essentially unusable.Amenities were non-existent. Basic necessities like paper towels, soap, toiletries, coffee creamer, and laundry soap were missing. This lack of essentials forced us to make additional purchases, which should not have been necessary for a short-term rental property.Overall, this property fell significantly below expectations. The combination of poor communication, lack of upkeep, and absence of amenities made our stay disappointing. I cannot recommend this location to others and would advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations.
