Positive: Very clean apartment. lovely modern decor. Short walk to Northern line underground. Lovely quality bedding and towels supplied. Very comfy beds and pillows Very quiet area Well equipped kitchen Good value for the quality and location of accommodation.
Negative: Great stay but have a couple of improvement points. 1. Apartment was so cold and heating didnt work. It would have been useful to have a one pager welcome on arrival telling us of check out time, how to work heating and wifi code. This was missing information for us, perhaps due to the poor communication an no email recieved as stated in point 2. 2. Not great communication with the owner through booking.com. Two weeks before arrival I received a no reply message saying checkin details were emailed to me (they were not) and tried three times to contact owner via booking.com to get checkin information with no success. On the day before arrival the owner finally got contact with me with code(again one way communication channel). The communication appears to work fine when the owner wants to contact me, but not the other way. The messages received are no reply and the booking website reverts to changing checkin time any time a request is made, even though I asked three separate requests for checkin code. I would think twice about booking again through this website. Shame as I don't think this is fault of owner.
