Summary: Great place, great location. Very clean & kitchen well equipped. Beds & bedrooms wonderful. A little Maintenance needed. Showerhead in front bedroom needs replacing & bathroom fixtures in half bath downstairs & sink need a little tightening g & repair. Otherwise all great!!!!Loved it & want to book for next book festival.
