Positive: lovely place to stay & yes it is 4 min walk to the great beach down some steps, apartment had everything we needed & the host was great meeting us near the entrance then taking us to the apartment, the air con in the room was great, views were great, nice & peaceful, yeah spot on in all areas really :-)
