This is a spacious, stylish and cosy home located between Notting Hill and Kensington. The perfect location!
There are 4 bedrooms - a master with a super king bed, a 2nd bedroom with a king bed, a good sized beautifully decorated single room (with room to add air mattress if requested) and a 4th bedroom with a large and very comfortable king sized sofa bed. This room also doubles up as a cinema room for the family - the corner sofa comfortably seats up to 8 people and there’s a large wall mounted flat screen TV with built in surround sound speakers in there as well as a PlayStation. Please be aware this is a lower ground room. High quality pillows, duvet, linen etc provided for all.
In the rest of the house there’s a large dual-aspect living area with a 3 seater sofa and 2 large armchairs. A flat screen TV with all the usual streaming apps is provided, along with board games and some kids toys. There’s also a lovely working gas fire for the colder days.
In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find Gaggenau, Kitchen Aid and Dualit Appliances. There’s a dining table to seat 6 and a comfy sofa providing yet another relaxing space. Out in the garden there’s a Weber gas BBQ and a large dining table which seats 8.
There are 2 recently renovated marble bathrooms - one with a full sized bath.
There are also 2 working spaces - a fully private office (see photo) and another desk situated on an open landing.
The house is in beautiful condition, recently re-decorated with lots of things to entertain in the whole family!
