Welcome to this beautiful Arvada home with 5 bedrooms, a pool table and a outdoor badminton court!
The home is fun, private and comfortable with multiple rooms to gather in for entertainment or to relax. The peaceful fenced-in backyard has a grill, a sand badminton court and a fire pit.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with a pool table and two cozy areas to lounge. The primary bedroom has a King bed with an en suite bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms have Queen beds. The 5th bedroom has a trundle bed.
The two other shared bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and shower.
The open-air Kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances and a coffee bar with a keurig coffee maker. The dining room seats 6 guests. A washer/dryer is available in the lower level.
There is a lockbox on the front door to obtain the key for self check in. Our guests have access to every room in the house and to the fenced-in back yard.
There is one parking space in the driveway and one space in the garage. Free street parking is also available.
As hosts we are just a phone call or text away if needed.
We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.
We welcome you to invite loved ones to get together to enjoy this home in Arvada, close to all that Denver Metro has to offer. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off the main access freeways to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 5 min away and numerous restaurants in the surrounding area.
Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Empower Field, Downtown Denver, Meow Wolf, and Sloan's Lake are all about 20 minutes away.
The Denver International Airport and the city of Boulder are about 30 minutes from the house.
Red Rocks Amphitheater is about 15 minutes away and Keystone Ski Resort is just under 90 minutes away.
Rideshare is available throughout the Denver metro area.
We will send a house guide prior to your arrival that also shares recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.
