Positive: The apartment is great
Negative: The location is a bit uncomfortable for the families with children. The homeless encampment nearby and the weed smokers aren't make it feel safe. That said, the building has the security cameras and fence . Also, the homeless people are quiet and harmless. So, it's a matter of your mindset.
