Super rare gem in the Catskills! Built in 1900, this old dairy barn is now a unique 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home. With 30-foot ceilings and original wooden beams, the barn has been stylishly decorated to showcase its’ original antique charm. Spend the weekend cozying up by the fire after a day of hiking, cooking up an epic dinner party, or soaking up the mountain view sunset from the hot tub. Amenities include a pool table, indoor cedar sauna, outdoor 8-person hot tub, outdoor shower, and fire pit. The three bedrooms sleep 6 people, but there is an inflatable mattress available to sleep an additional 2 people.
Things to know about the property:
- For the summer season, there is no AC but there are fans in every room and an additional large fan provided. Summer nights tend to stay cool, so keeping windows open helps cool the house. For the winter season, there is a heating system, electrical heating in the bedrooms, and two wood stoves for heat.
- There are two outdoor security cameras on the property. One by the front door of the house, and the other in the backyard (includes hot tub).
