You have the entire condo to yourselves. The Golf Course is available at guests' expense.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old; the primary renter must be on property during the reservation period. A rental agreement provided by the host must be signed within 48 hours of booking; failing this, the reservation will be cancelled. Also be aware that there is a required $500 security deposit hold for all bookings (see house rules).
We also want to let you know on Saturdays at 12 noon there will be a siren 🚨 that alarms as a practice. It's very loud and just don't want you to be alarmed.
There is a Ring doorbell for security purposes.
We expect that you will be respectful of our house and our neighbors' privacy - please take partying indoors after dark! Summary: Pictures can't do justice to just how great this place is. It's much bigger than what you see in the photos and has been perfectly updated. The back patio is a great size and has a wonderful view overlooking a beautiful golf course. Easy access to downtown New Braunfels and restaurants. Amber was a great host and quick to respond when we needed anything. Will definitely be back here again.
