Our property is divided into two separate units, each with its own entrance, 3 bedrooms each, making it perfect for larger groups looking to stay together while still maintaining a level of privacy.
Each unit is equipped with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each unit features a full kitchen, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils and cookware. Guests can prepare and enjoy their meals together in the dining area, which has ample seating for everyone. You'll find a comfortable living room, perfect for lounging and relaxing after a day of exploring Matthews. There is a Smart TV with streaming services for your entertainment needs. Please Note:
✓ Every Monday is trash day and recycling is every other week. We kindly ask our guests cooperation in bringing the bins curbside from the back for pick up if your stay falls on a Sunday.
✓ No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the backyard, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
✓ No parties and illegal substance. Unauthorized guests will be charged $20.00 per guest per night.
You are on the left side of the duplex which houses two beautiful 3 bedroom homes. Please observe quiet time - 9 PM to 7 AM in respect to our neighbors.
✓ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. We kindly request that you wash any dirty dishes and take out the trash on the day of your check-out.
✓ Please check out by 11 AM. Late check out may result to $50 per hour.
✓ Please be advised that nightly rate increases when you add your pups and will not show as a separate line item during the booking process. It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If you will be bringing a 3rd dog, there is an additional fee of $50. Our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules.
- Keep off all furniture and bedding
- Must be house trained
- Pick-up and dispose of all waste
- If your dog is a barker while you're away, consider crating or making other arrangements
✓ If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
✓ Our payment processor charges us 3.99% for every transaction. Should the reservation gets canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 3.99% for the amount that was already paid and amount that will be refunded, regardless of the cancellation policy. (3.99% for the initial payment and 3.99% for the amount that will be refunded)
✓ Renter agreement needs to be signed.

✓ Security cameras and floodlights in front and back.
✓ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway, and one camera facing the backyard. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation.
All cameras are at the front door and backyard for the safety of ourselves and our guests.
