The second bedroom has two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with a TV room with a full size sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a good size balcony. There is a full bathroom on the hallway. It is on the 2nd floor.
The complex is 26 kms. away from Progreso, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.
Villas Wayak consists in 16 villas and 40 apartments. There are 6 pools to enjoy, a gym, and you can get food service from the restaurant at the hotel next door.

Summary: Sofia's condo is beautiful accommodation. The condo is clean, modern and extremely well equipped. It is situated in a high end complex. The grounds and swimming pools are well maintained. There is security 24/7. WIFI reception is very good but TV not so much. The beach is endless. We went for long walks daily. We were able to set up two deck chairs at the entrance to the condo to watch sunsets every evening which is a bonus. A car is necessary as it is about 25 kilometers west to Progresso and another 25 if you want to go to Merida for grocery shopping, sight seeing etc. The nearest restaurant is about 100 meters away but that is it for walking distance with the next closest one being in the small town of Telchac Puerto about 12 kilometers east. Two maintenance issues arose during our one month stay which Sofia dealt with promptly. Overall we enjoyed our one month stay. If quiet living is what you are seeking then this condo is perfect. If we return to the Yucatan we would not hesitate to contact Sofia.
