Bright, spacious basement apartment in quiet location within a short drive to East Nashville's trendy bars and restaurants and less than a 15 minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville. The space Our newly updated, spacious basement apartment is perfect for a homey stay in East Nashville! The space offers wonderful amenities such as closets, a kitchenette, full sized washer/dryer, separate entry, etc. We currently offer a comfortable double bed in the bedroom. There is a daybed in the nook attached to the living room and an additional daybed in the living room. Also, there is a sleeper futon in the nook attached to the living room. We can also provide a twin sized blow-up mattress. There is also a new kitchenette in the apartment. We supply a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and dishes. You can expect the same amenities that you'd find in a typical hotel room and more. A countertop stove is available upon request. The space is incredibly private and separate from the rest of the home. The only interaction with a homeowners is when the homeowners occasionally use the washer and dryer which are in the apartment. Guest access Guests have full access to the basement level apartment with separate entrance. We live on the ground floor and have completely separate accommodations. Backyard amenities are shared. Interaction with guests We live upstairs so most likely we will be there at some point when you are! However, we strive to give you as much privacy as possible. We do have one dog.
