Summary: Very steep and narrow stairs without a full handrail and very narrow bottom stairs. Bathroom basin tap only had hot water and poor flow. The dryer, although new had a grinding sound. The lounge and kitchen chairs could do with a clean. The microwave was positioned on top of the fridge which made using quite dangerous. The locks to the back gate and entry door are not user friendly and lighting to gain access at night could be better. The front bedroom doesn’t have a window, and the skylight shade did not work, nor was there a beside light unlike the other bedrooms.
