Welcome to the beautiful and luxurious Joie De Vivre, located in the gorgeous Seanest Village Community of Seagrove Beach!
Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen ! This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, and tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!
During your stay at Joie De Vivre, you can enjoy a swim at one of the most beautiful pools on 30A, complete with two levels, plenty of deck space, a community grill, and an elevated sitting area to watch the kids while they swim or enjoy a cool drink in the evening. When you're ready to visit the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach access is just a short stroll or bike ride away!
Upon entering the home, you will find the first two of bedrooms! The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a private bath, and the second features two twin beds, and a set of the twin bunk bed, the perfect room for kids! This bedroom also has its own private bath.
As you make your way up to the second level, you will notice the beautiful open-concept main living space of the home!
After a long day at the pool or the beach, prepare a meal in the wonderfully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances and granite countertops. Relax and unwind by watching your favorite show on the flat screen T.V. or enjoy an evening cocktail or morning cup of coffee on the covered balcony off the living room!
The third level of this home features an alcove with a kitchenette and additional seating. The master suite with king sized bed and private bathroom is on this floor as well. Enjoy your morning coffee from this third-floor balcony and enjoy peek-a-boo views of the gulf!
