Tucked away in Owens Cove on Georgian Bay, this beautiful property is a boater's dream. Countless hours of boating offered with access to Georgian Bay and Lake Huron! Spend the day boating into Parry Sound, down to Honey Harbour, Midland, Wasaga Beach, Collingwood - the options are endless! Each town provides quaint shops and restaurants with spectacular patios to indulge in!
PROPERTY
Arrive down a long covered driveway to a brick cottage with a wrap around porch. To the left, a sports court invites you to play ball! A stone path winds around the right side of the cottage to the backyard where a view straight from a painting will take your breath away! Glorious Laurentian rock slopes into the lake providing a shallow entry in the crystal clear water. A fire pit with 2 Muskoka chairs can be found on the far right point. A boardwalk leads to the Bunkie where more seating can be found. As you make your way down the dock, a soft hot tub on the right is the perfect place to watch the sun go down with a glass of rosé. On the dock, 3 Muskoka chairs, a love seat and 2 loungers offer incredible front row seats to the bay!
