Enjoy sunsets in your own back yard. This home has amazing gulf and sound views and the easement to the gulf is right out front. Its a 5 minute walk or bike ride to dining and shopping. There is also a propane grill on the back deck for your enjoyment! Balconies abound – when you approach Aquamarine Bliss you will immediately find expansive balconies on both the front and rear of the home. Delight in watching the dolphins play in the sound which is a frequent occurrence spotted by many of our guests. You can also experience the incredible speed and power of the Blue Angels as they fly by on practice days. Plenty of guests also enjoy parasailing which is also a fun water sport to watch from the balconies of Aquamarine Bliss.
Come inside and you will find true open concept living on both our 1st and 2nd floors. On the 1st floor is located the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en suite, second bedroom with bath and the laundry room. The 1st floor open concept living area dining area opens up to a gorgeous covered balcony that overlooks the bay. Inside you have seating abound in the living room (pull out queen sleeper sofa) plus you choose between enjoying sensational views over the Santa Rosa Sound or a watching your favorite movies and TV shows from a 85” flat screen (mobile app ready) video streaming TV. The dining room overlooks the living area and has views of the water across the balcony.
The kitchen is fully stocked and abounds with granite, stainless steel, and gourmet flatware/cutlery, glassware, and place settings for 22. beautiful living area that Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your private dock. Walk into this amazing open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen all in one comfortably stylish space.
The master bedroom is very large with king bed and an immense master bath suite - it is the epitome of opulence. The master also has a large bean bag bed to sleep an extra person! The expansive master bedroom has sound views, a large master bath with large walk in shower and separate whirlpool tub, granite countertops, double vanity and separate make-up area. The large master closet, with built-ins, is truly impressive. From the master you have access to the outdoor deck and the indoor dining and living areas. The 2nd bedroom is very large also and perfect for kids with a twin over full bunk bed.
On the 2nd floor you will find 3 additional bedrooms, another large open living area (with pull out queen sleeper sofa and 2 pull out love-seat twin sleeper sofas), 2 additional bathrooms, and access to a 3rd covered balcony that overlooks the water also. From the 2nd floor living area you will again have to chose to either watch dolphins go by or your favorite shows because there is another large (65”) flat screen video streaming ready TV.
The Dr. Suess bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin over full bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 guests! This room connects with the 2nd guest bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd guest suites upstairs both have a Queen bed. Oh – did we forget to mention – we have tile flooring throughout which makes for easy beach vacationing.
