.This four double bed roomed villa is located in the sought after area of Coveta Fuma, which has several restaurants/bars & a well stocked supermarket. It is 4 km north from El Campello with fantastic beaches and many shops bars and restaurants and 10 km from Alicante town and 20 km to the airport. The property enjoys south facing stunning sea view to the coastline of El Campello and San Juan whilst in the distance you can see Alicante castle and mountain views to the rear which also helps to create the micro climate that is enjoyed in this region of Costa Blanca. Only five minutes walk to the nearest beach and the small gauge electric train where you can travel south to Alicante and eventually to the airport and north up to Denia. The theme parks of Terra Natura and Terra Mitica are only 20 minutes drive north as is the popular resort of Benidorm.
The main property consists of two large double bedrooms to the ground floor with family bathroom and en-suite with dressing room, Existing office can be converted to a bedroom upon request. Large open plan lounge, dining area and American style kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hobs, microwave etc.. To the lower ground floor there is an independent two bed apartment with kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, two double bedrooms with wardrobes etc. Parking for four cars which is accessible by automatic gates. There is an impressive 10 x 5 kidney shaped salt water (no chemicals) pool heated by solar and heat pumps. Adjacent is a gym and changing area with shower and w.c. At ground floor level there is a summer kitchen with bbq, fridge, paella stove and sink unit situated on a large terrace, T.V. point/radio/sound system. With a further three terraces to the south and east and at lower ground.
The property is on a 1400m2 plot with palms, fruit trees and an abundance of various plants and shrubs and lawned areas. There is a high chair & car seat available.
