Summary: Stayed for spring break. Family of 5. Pros: location, beach view, three bathrooms, community pool. Cons: beds were old and loud, could use a contractor (ex: faucet not fully connected in master, kitchen faucet only turned fully off if in a specific position, kitchen cabinets closed with loud bangs, carpet old and stretched, etc) they were working on the elevator while we were there resulting in a long wait during peek times. The rental does not include beach towels but did have a starter pack of the household items. The facility was responsive when we text questions, which was very nice. We took advantage of the free kayak in the bay which was also nice!
