We are the proud new owners of this beautiful property. We purchased this home from Dave in the summer of 2019. We plan on improving the property and continuing in Dave's footsteps.

Get away in this luxurious mountain home where you can pamper yourself while enjoying gorgeous views of the lake. Indulge yourself in blissful comfort, relaxation, tranquility and leisure activities, all while enjoying the peace of New England’s mountains.
Amenity Bonuses: Radiant heated hardwood floors exist throughout the home, the 9’ ceilings add an air of spaciousness, and the extra sound insulation in each room provides added privacy. The finished basement adds extra space to enjoy the home to an even greater extent. The walk-out basement level is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, fooseball table, board games, x-box 360, various books and a 70” television is available which provides Netflix and youtubetv. A Sonos sound system is wired throughout the entire house both inside and out. A washer and a dryer are conveniently available for use on the main floor, soap and fabric softener are provided.
Kitchen: A delightful and gourmet kitchen awaits your arrival. Complete with all the kitchen essentials including a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy sitting together at the beautiful granite top island or retreat to the outdoors where a table for eight awaits you.
Bedrooms: The bedrooms boast four warm and inviting bedrooms. Relax in the privacy of the oversized Master bedroom while experiencing breathtaking views. The second bedroom offers a spacious design with a king size bed and a queen size bed (in a separate area) with a full bathroom. The bedroom on the first level accommodates a queen size bed and has wide doors for wheelchair accessibility. The fourth bedroom is located on the basement level and is complete with bunkbeds and an additional queen size bed.
Living Rooms: There are two spacious living areas where cozy, functional, comfortable, tasteful furnishings lend an atmosphere of style. You will feel welcome in the home and enjoy your time in a relaxing yet elegant setting.

This house was originally constructed with central AC on the second and third floor however the ground level does not have central air. That room is below ground so it does stay cool all year and it has a ceiling fan.
