This space is the basement apartment with use of both upper and lower deck and dock. The owner will never be on the premises during guest stays.
With a pristine location on Claytor Lake, Twin Coves Point is where you want to be for lakeside recreation. This cozy downstairs apartment is perfect for small groups or a couples getaway. While this listing is only for the lower level, guests will have exclusive use of the outdoor amenities as well as the lower and upper deck (upstairs will remain unoccupied). Provided for your stay is all sorts of fun activities: kayaks and paddleboards (life jackets not provided), darts, basketball, two fire pits (one by the house and one overlooking the water), a dock for fishing or tying up a boat, lounging Adirondack chairs, and a grill for cooking out.
