We are so excited to introduce you to your FANTASY HOUSE! You are cordially invited to bask in the sun, dip in the pool, curl up by the fireplace or make magic in the kitchen. Whatever your heart desires, we’ve got you (and each and every one of your guests) covered!
The Space:
Our spacious FIVE bedrooms, two and a half-bathrooms house is equipped with every possible luxury you could ever desire, including, of course, an Instagram worthy free form POOL! We can literally accommodate all your friends, family members and colleagues under one ridiculously perfect roof. (yes, we can house up to 20 people in total!). The meticulously designed interior and the beautiful grand back yard are ideal for gatherings and socializing, big or small. A hop, skip And a jump from everything exciting and vibrant the DFW has to offer, we are confident our home will make your stay in Texas absolutely wonderful!
Top to bottom we will deck you out with our newly renovated house boasting all luxuries to make your stay as exquisite as possible: A free- form POOL, High speed WiFi, 55" smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, terrific dining area, drool-worthy, professional kitchen etc etc. You get the point- we've got you (and every single one of your guests) covered!
The master suite has one king size bed, dresser, a 42” smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #2 boasts two queen size beds. Next up is our lovely bedroom #3 with a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. Bedroom #4 has two twin over twin bunk beds. Lastly, bedroom #5 has two queen size beds and one twin over twin bunk bed (Please note this room will only be available for groups of 12+ people).
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
Our back yard is absolutely PERFECT- entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, lounge set, sitting/dining area and reclining chairs. We’ll make sure you are happy and breezy on even the hottest Texan days!
Even our parking situation is ideal: our garage can fit TWO cars, the private back driveway has room for FOUR more cars!
Guest Access:
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is set in the picturesque, quiet neighborhood in Dallas, Texas, in an amazing location close to everything great the DFW has to offer. A mere 5 minutes from White Rock Lake, a perfect place for paddle boarding, running, and enjoying the Dallas Sun, less than 15 miles from Downtown and Uptown Dallas, skip and a jump from anything and everything!
The location allows you to pick and choose your daily activities. You can create your dream vacation. Nature is readily available, and so is the bustling downtown life. While you plan your day, you’ll be located in a homey suburb.
Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ CLOSED BEDROOM ★
The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12+ guests.
★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★
Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.
★ TOWELS NOTE ★
Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.
★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
