People love this home which is set high above the street giving privacy, ocean view and sea breezes. We Do Not allow loud parties or events.

Summary: Me and my family had a great time in this charming house in San Clemente. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and its lively restaurants. At the pier you can catch a free trolley ride to downtown San Clemente and explore more shops and restaurants. The house is clean, well equipped and offered all amenities we needed, including surfboards, and it had plenty of space for 5 people. We especially liked hanging out on the roof decks in the evenings. Communication with the host was easy and quick. He’s responsive and very helpful, even helped out getting a surfboard fixed and showed me local surf spots. Can only highly recommend this place. I’m sure we’ll be back for another summer in San Clemente!
