NEW TO RENTAL MARKET - Casa Pacifico is a stunning, spacious, modern detached villa, which is situated in the quiet rural community of Triquivijate, and yet only 15 minutes drive from the resort of Caleta de Fuste with its sandy beaches, shops and restaurants. It is a good centre from which to explore the surrounding countryside and to experience something of the 'real' Fuerteventura whilst enjoying all the mod cons of a luxurious base.
It is a charming quiet and peaceful location with perfect panoramic views of the local mountains. The villa is ideally suitable for couples and families who want high standard accommodation with all amenities and privacy.
Inside the villa has fresh, modern furnishings, offering bright and airy interiors and allows plenty of light throughout. The villa boasts 3 full bathrooms, so in effect each bedroom has an “en suite”. The living room has two sofas and two armchairs with a reading light. There is a smart TV to sit back and relax during the evenings, with UK TV channels and various other languages. Free Wifi throughout the villa. There are three large bedrooms - two kingsize and one with two single beds.
From the lounge there are patio doors to the shaded outside patio area and a large dining table that seats 6, there is also a further seating area to sit and watch the sunset in the evening after your days of exploring and sunbathing.
There is a grass surrounded pool with 6 sun-loungers, where you can soak up the sun all day long or swim in the spectacular pool. The pool is solar heated all year round. The pool lights in the evening gives a lovely calming atmosphere in the garden. The south facing garden is landscaped with typical canarian plants and palms with a BBQ for home cooking days/nights.
As there are no stairs the villa is suitable for elderly and disabled access and due to its quiet location the villa gives 360° privacy.
This beautiful villa is a fantastic home away from home and is a great base to enjoy your Canarian holiday.

Although there are a couple of local bars/restaurants in the village, a car is definitely recommended as the location is in a remote village, which is at least 15 minutes drive away from most villages/towns. Antigua is the closest village which is about 9 minutes drive (6 km) and has a few local shops/supermarket and other amenities. There are many beaches, villages, and sand dunes to explore on this fabulous island all within easy reach with a car.
Puerto del Rosario is the capital of Fuerteventura and is worth a visit at just 14 km, the airport is 18 km from the villa. The island is the paradise of water sports such as Kite Surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, diving, fishing plus much more. Explore the long sandy beaches that stretch for miles and meet the friendly and cheerful people of this unique island. There is an equestrian centre within walking distance of the villa & also a nature reserve to suit bird watchers, walkers or mountain bikers. Water sports are available in the nearby beach resort of Caleta de Fuste where scuba diving, snorkelling, wind surfing, jet skis, deep sea fishing, catamaran trips etc may be experienced.
