About this space
Enjoy the stunning Ausable River off Lake Huron with your family, or bring an extra family along! Our cottage is ideal for a peaceful vacation, within walking distance to the PRIVATE Port Franks Beach and just short drives to Ipperwash, Grand Bend and the Pinery.
The space
Our retreat is a slice of heaven! The outdoor living space is massive- perfect for outdoor dining, lounging, and a large grass area to playoutdoor games. Indoors, the house is conveniently divided with 3 bedrooms and full bath upstairs, and three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor.
This retreat has 110 feet of river front access facing the Pinery on the other side. There is full access to trails and sand dunes accross the river for hours of fun!
Access the river for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming! if you have a motorized boat, please let us know and we could try and arrange access to a boat slip for an additional fee.
