The O&W Trail House is a newly renovated 1870's farm house. It is perfectly situated at the entrance to the O&W rail trail in Cottekill, NY just minutes from High Falls, Stone Ridge and Rosendale. Both New Paltz and Kingston are 15 minutes away. The home perfectly balances the historic farmhouse feel with modern décor and amenities. An open concept chefs kitchen is fully stocked and makes for a perfect setting to enjoy quality time with friends and family.The space
The house is a 2 level farm house full of windows that let in the natural light and is just steps away from the O&W rail trail. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom with a full bathroom , 2 additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. Downstairs you will find the 4th bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom , a chefs kitchen, large dining area, living room with a wood burning fireplace and a washer dryer. The house has a fence around half of the property making it private. It sits on 2 acres of land which can be used for your enjoyment. In the warmer months make use of the outdoor firepit, wrap around porch and grill. The kitchen has all cooking essentials and basic pantry goods. Bed linens and towels are provided as well. There is strong wifi and a smart tv as well as a wireless speaker. You will find a ping pong table, dart board, a kids mountain bike and a men’s mountain bike for use in the barn.

Summary: This house is amazing! Very nice upgrades, well stocked, plenty of room. The outdoor space and extras (ping pong table, corn hole boards, darts, bikes) were perfect for our group. The host was quick to accommodate a few minor requests. I recommend this house highly to any large group and would definitely stay again!
