The beautiful cedar shingle home comes with a vast list of luxury amenities. The long driveway introduces the 2.5 acres of manicured grounds highlighting the elegance of the property. The main level offers an open sitting room with custom built-ins, a living room with a stone fireplace, a true chef’s kitchen with luxury appliances & a walk-in pantry. The glassed-in office/playroom has vaulted ceilings, a custom humidor (no smoking inside) & outdoor views. The 3-car garage has plenty of room and additional parking in the paved driveway. The 2nd level offers a large en-suite primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and walk-in closet. The primary bath has 2 sinks, jetted tub, and a separate shower. 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open flex space, and a laundry room complete this level. The ground level offers 1046 square feet of living space. At its center is a custom bar with 4 stools, 2 high-top tables, beer tap, pool table. There is also a spa room with a cedar sauna. The yard is an oasis & an entertainer’s dream boasting a custom stone patio, GUNITA POOL/SPA (UNHEATED) (OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY), an outdoor shower, top-of-the-line full outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, a sear burner, wok, and refrigerator. There is also a wood-burning pizza oven.
We have the ac and heat set to 70 degrees to make it comfortable, we kindly ask you do no open windows. We we are happy to adjust temperatures if needed.
