The spacious double-size concrete pad and driveway include full hookups with water, sewer, and 110, 30, and 50 amp electric circuits, making it ideal for a variety of RV setups. Lot dimensions are approximately 67 feet by 38 feet by 63 feet by 26 feet. Please note that this listing is for an RV lot only—there is no RV on site. Maximum RV and vehicle placement must be at least 10 feet from the water, and vehicles may not overhang into the street. A refundable $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The main guest must submit a copy of their driver's license and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager.
