There can be loud noise during business hours, painting, cleaning, balcony repairs and some amenities could be closed from time to time. This is all being done on the exterior of our apartment. The interior of our apartment is in perfect conditions***
Beautiful & totally remodeled ocean view private beach access apartment located at the Boutique style Sea Air Towers condominiums with 2 huge bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms with spa showers and ocean view from all rooms. Direct secured beach access. Amazing Olympic pool with loung chairs and attendants, steam room and fitness center. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport and 30 minutes from Miami airport. Short drive to all mayor attractions Bal Harbor Shops, Aventura Mall, Las Olas Art Gallery, Hard Rock Cafe and many restaurant.
Amenities included with rate: Wifi, cable TV, electricity, water, one valet parking pass and most importantly a washer & dryer in the unit. Our boutique building is right next to the Diplomat hotel and 3 buildings next to the Hyde Hotel. Excellent location!
