Welcome to Casa LaCosta. A beautiful modern Malibu estate with unobstructed ocean views from living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom. This house was fully remodeled in summer of 2020 with meticulous taste and high end finishes. Easy access to Malibu beaches and only minutes away from world famous restaurants and beaches. The house has a great vibe to it and provides many amenities to entertain guests while watching dolphins and sea life across the street all the day long.
The Space:
Interior: Two story house with two bedroom downstairs and two bedroom upstairs. This corner lot residence provides abundance of privacy with unobstructed ocean views sitting across from the pch. The kitchen and living room have high ceilings with a sliding glass door opening to a furnished deck facing the ocean with plenty of sunlight throughout the day. Kitchen amenities include state of the art Miele appliances, wine fridge, and cabinets that are packed with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The living room has an 85" tv and sound bar providing you a mini theater experience to watch your favorite program on Amazon prime, Netflix, CBS All Access, etc. And if you want to change the vibe a little, the marble bar room with floor to ceiling stone can keep you entertained with built in speakers in every corner. Each of the bedrooms have their own full bathroom. The back bedroom has its own exist that opens up to the pool and jacuzzi.
Walking upstairs you will enter the spacious sun drenched master bedroom (with a 75" smart tv) overlooking pacific ocean and a 16 feet sliding glass door that opens up to a large furnished balcony. This is the place you can read, relax, or simply stare at the ocean and the dramatic skies in front of you. Master bathroom comes with a free standing hot tub (with a view) and double head rain shower. The fourth bedroom with en-suite bath is set up with an office desk/chair, a king size bed, yoga matte etc. There is also a king air mattress in the closet available for use.
Outdoor: The outdoor experience consist of the master balcony upstairs, a downstairs outdoor deck, and the outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi with the bbq and lounge area which is conveniently on the back side of the property facing the green and quite Rambla Vis hillsides. Whether you want to read a book on the hanging swings, lay on the decked out pool taking in the sunlight, or enjoy a nice bbq and eat outside, you have all the amenities at your disposal to make memories for your special occasions. Beach chairs, beach towels, kayak paddles are all provided for your use and enjoyment.
Guest Access:
The guest has full access to the entire home, two car garage, and a spacious drive-way with space for two-three additional cars.
Beach Access:
There are multiple ways to access the beach. The closest one is right across the street and you will step on the sands. To access the closest pedestrian crosswalk, stay on the same side of PCH, proceed to pedestrian crossing light at Carbon Canyon road and either walk back from the beach side of the PCH to the beach across from the house, or continue walking the same direction and the Carbon beach access will be a short walk from there. If you are into surfing, finishing, and other fun water activities, the legendary Surfrider beach, Malibu Lagoon, and Malibu Pier are all a short 5 minutes drive from the house.
The Neighborhood:
While Malibu offers some absolutely stunning beaches, and one just across the street from you, there are other activities available should you wish to see a different side Malibu. For instance, you may either take a hike or a safari on the grounds of the Saddlerock Ranch Estate, with wine tasting at the end or visit the impressive Getty Villa Museum or the Adamson House with its amazing views of the Malibu Pier.
As for restaurants, the world famous Nobu Malibu, Mastro's Ocean Club and Moonshadows are just down the PCH less than a five minutes drive. The same distance will get you to Malibu Country Mart, Whole foods, Ralph and plenty of other shops and boutiques.
