A wall of glass doors lead onto the spacious terrace and flood the open living areas with tropical light. There are four bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms and one with a bathroom just outside the door that works well for guests.
The bright kitchen has been remodeled with solid wood cabinets and open shelving, stainless steel appliances (brand new stove and exhaust fan), quartz countertops and charming eating bar. The penthouse also has ample storage, laundry room and covered parking.
Bougainvillea is the only community in Reserva Conchal to have access rights to the huge Westin Hotel pool, and daily activities such as kids club, exercise classes, spanish lessons and nightly entertainment. Owners also enjoy access to the spectacular five star Beach Club with white sand beach, multiple pools, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes.
