Our beautiful Villa is ocean front with its own private infinity edge pool in very quiet upscale community of only 17 other homes. It's a quick 10 minutes to food center and choices of about 25 restaurants in the very popular area of Simpson Bay. There are several white sand beaches within a 15 minute drive and we are only 15 minutes from airport. Stay includes maid service 2 times per week, free parking and beautiful sunsets :) We have lived here for over 20 years and love it!

Summary: This beautiful villa is in quiet part of St. Maarten with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. It is extremely well equipped and comfortable. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. The owner and caretaker were so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this villa
