This Stunning home offers 3 bedroom and 2 full bath. Sleeps 11 People
3 full bedrooms, 2 full baths
Perfect Place for 2-3 Families. Also offers a stunning back yard that includes swimming pool, Spa, Outdoor Play Area(Mini Golf, Ping Pong and Corn Hole) with outdoor bbq. We have a foosball Table and 2 arcade games.
Perfect home base for a group who want the full Southern California experience: Disneyland (1 hour and 15-minute drive), Sea World (45-minute drive), Legoland (20 minutes), San Diego Zoo Safari Park (30 minutes), and of course... the beach!!! Very close to downtown vista with great breweries, dining and restaurants. Our favorite beaches are Oceanside Harbor, Tamarack, Moonlight, Swamis, and Cardiff Reef.
Bedroom #1: Master bedroom that features King Size bed, with Smart TV.
Bath #1: Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower (no tub). Attached to master bedroom
Bedroom #2: King Bed.
Bedroom #3: 2 Twin/Twin bunkbeds with 2 twin trundles with Smart TV.
Bath #2 Full Bathroom, with Tub/Shower combo. Located in the hallway.
Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun and take in the beauty of the mountains.
- Take a dip in the swimming pool or Hot Tub.
- Play a game of ping pong, mini golf or corn hole.
Finish up the day with a BBQ while being surrounded with the people you love.
At night Enjoy the fire pits and get cozy with the beautiful night sky!

Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from pool/fire pit.
No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool and hot tub at all times.
This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.
Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.
No music in backyard at all times.
Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.
POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-Feb: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
March-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).
Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.
Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.
Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.
Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.
Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.
