Welcome to our house!!!
We want to make sure that you and your family and/or friends have an absolutely amazing time while staying at our house. At the same time we have to be respectful towards our neighbors as this is a quiet residential area, so please keep that in mind. Lastly, you need to be respectful towards your hosts and any future guests and leave the house in an operable, tidy condition that it was when you came in.

- We have cameras outside in the public area of the home for your safety and ours.

- PLAYING LOUD MUSIC or OTHER LOUD NOISE IS NOT ALLOWED especially by the pool area, which causes a loud echo by the pond area that disturbs the neighbors. This is a residential area, so respect the neighbors as you expect they would respect you. Keep the noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.

- NO PARTIES ALLOWED inside and outside of the home. If the guests are found to have a party without the hosts’ permission, this will result in extra cleaning fee of $500 per party, per day and all the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

- NO RUNNING or DIVING IN or AROUND or IN the POOL. Children should be supervised at all times by an adult for safety. Vrbo and the host are not responsible for any injuries that occur.

- ABSOLUTELY NO NOT-DISCLOSED, NOT-REGISTERED or NOT-PERMITTED GUESTS. There will be an EXTRA CHARGE of $500 per person per day/night and all guests will be asked to vacate the property.

- NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. If guests engage in use of illegal drugs the authorities will be called and all guests will be asked to vacate the property.

- NO PETS ALLOWED DUE TO ALLERGIES . If guests are found to have a pet, that the host didn’t agreed to, there will be a $1,000 penalty per pet, per day. Any actual damage caused by a pet will need to be paid by the guest.

- MAXIMUM of 8 GUESTS in the home and every guest has to be REGISTERED. Minimum age of the registered, main guest, making the registration is 25 years. You are required to ensure that every guest meets all requirements set by the Host and is made aware of and agrees to the rules of the home. Again, please DO NOT JEOPARDIZE YOUR STAY with NOT-REGISTERED guests.

- NO SMOKING of any kind inside the home. There are cigarette monitors installed inside the home to detect smoke. If there is any type of detection of cigarette smoking inside the home, there will be a $500 penalty per violation.
- Cigarette smoking is allowed on the patio only, but please be careful not to damage the patio furniture with the cigarettes. Also, please use the ashtray on the patio table and do not throw any ash or cigarette buds on or around the patio or around the house. Under no circumstances, do not use any of the coffe mugs, cups or glasses in lieu of an ashtray.

- PARKING is provided INSIDE THE GARAGE and on the DRIVEWAY. Please refrain from parking in the street.

- CAR WASHING is NOT ALLOWED NEITHER ON the DRIVEWAY, NOR in the GARAGE.

- POOL and/or BEACH TOWELS as well as pool floaties are in the garage cabinets. Please DO NOT USE BATHROOM TOWELS FOR THE POOL or FOR the BEACH.
- BEACH CHAIRS & BEACH UMBRELLAS are on the top rack in the middle of the garage and a COOLER in the garage by the entrance door.

- Please DO NOT PUT WET TOWELS on the INSIDE FURNITURE.

- If the WASHER is used, please leave the door of the washer opened after each use, so that inside of the washer gets dried.

- If you use the DRYER, please CLEAN the DRYER FILTER AFTER EACH & EVERY DRYING LOAD.

- The GARAGE DOOR OPENER is in one of the kitchen drawers under the coffee machine, that you can use and put in your car during your stay.

- In two of the drawers under the coffee machine there are various BOARD GAMES for the whole family to enjoy!

- The BBQ GRILL is to be used by the guests who stay at the home. Please CLEAN UP the grill and grill utensils AFTER YOURSELVES and keep the grill clean. If bbq grill or utensils are left dirty, an extra cleaning fee of $100 will be required.

- The STOVE needs to be CLEANED after your each use, so it doesn’t accumulate excessive dirt, food or grease. If the stove is left dirty, an extra cleaning fee of $100 will be required.

- If any food or drinks are spilled in the MICROWAVE, or in the FRIDGE/FREEZER or other parts of the kitchen, or other parts of the house, it needs to be CLEANED immediately, so that it doesn’t get stuck and hard to remove. If any spilled food or drinks are left not cleaned, an extra cleaning fee of $100 will be required per the area.

- NO TAKING FOOD OR DRINKS UPSTAIRS, and especially NOT INTO the BEDROOMS, as well as no talking plates, cups, glasses and other kitchenware, other than bottled water.

- If any FURNITURE is STAINED or if ANYTHING in the house is DAMAGED or BROKEN, please ADVISE the HOST IMMEDIATELY, so that we can try to address it in the best possible way, to prevent further damage to our house. Please DO NOT HIDE IT, as it CAN CREATE FURTHER DAMAGE to our house as well as become a SAFETY CONCERN. Any violation will incur an extra fee of minimum $500 per damage up to the amount of the actual damage.

- Please USE CARE when operating the APPLIANCES, as well as the FAUCETS. Please REPORT ANY ISSUES you might have noticed.

- GARBAGE NEEDS TO BE BAGGED UP and THROWN IN THE TRASH CANS and TRASH CANS HAVE TO BE PULLED OUT AT THE CURB ON both MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS NIGHT for the next morning trash pick up. Please pull the trash cans back into the garage the next morning. If TRASH CANS ARE NOT PULLED OUT FOR GARBAGE PICK UP on both days, and/or if the Garbage is not bagged up and/or not thrown in the trash cans, as well as EXCESSIVE GARBAGE left inside the house, or in or by the trash cans, there will be EXTRA CHARGE of $500. Leaving the garbage inside the house and/or inside the garage/trash cans and not pulling it out for trash pick is HEALTH CONCERN and a huge inconvenience for the future guests.

- For any OTHER VIOLATION of the HOUSE RULES not specifically listed above there will be an EXTRA CHARGE of $500 per violation and all GUESTS will be asked to VACATE the PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

*** LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE is on TUESDAYS, usually in the mid afternoon and it is only outside the house.

*** POOL MAINTENANCE is on THURSDAYS, usually in the mid afternoon, between 2pm-5pm. The pool maintenance crew will ENTER the POOL CAGE AREA only, typically for around 10 minutes. So please expect it and don't be alarmed.

- STAYS that are 14 NIGHTS OR MORE MAY WASH their LINENS/TOWELS at their discretion (Please ASK FOR DIRECTIONS on it) or contact the host to make arrangements about the linens/towels.

CHECKING OUT:
PLEASE make sure that BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE:
- The GARAGE DOOR OPENER is LEFT by the COFFEE MACHINE (so that it’s not forgotten inside your or rental vehicle).
- ALL DISHES are either HAND WASHED and/or PUT IN A DISHWASHER (except teflon pans - please do not put them in a dishwasher, they need to be hand washed) and DISHWASHER has been STARTED - TURNED ON.
- BBQ GRILL & STOVE are CLENED UP.
- DIRTY TOWELS are PLACED on the edge of TUBS in the BATHROOMS UPSTAIRS or in the LAUNDY BASKET. DO NOT THROW any TOWELS on the garage floor.
- Any remaining TRASH since the last trash pick up day IS BAGGED UP and THROWN AWAY into the designated TRASH CANS IN the GARAGE.
If any large trash is left inside the house that will lead to a mess, it will be an extra cleaning fee of $500.
- LOCK UP the DOOR with your door code AND SEND A MESSAGE to the host THAT YOU HAVE LEFT.
- Refer to the House Rules to make sure there are no other violations before departure.
For any OTHER VIOLATION of the HOUSE RULES not specifically listed above there will be an EXTRA CHARGE of $500 per violation and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
